I have just downloaded Harry Potter from Kazaa,
it was 54 Mb and is listed as an avi file.

I have tried to replay the movie but to no avail.

The full file name is Harry Potter the film Trade only.AVI .
I HAVE TRIED ULTRA PLAYER AND GLOBAL DIVX

Is there another avi player or do i need an update.
has anyone had any succes with this file or can you tell me where to get harry potter download please.

Regards Taff.

I dont think that a file of 54Mb is going to contain a two and a half hour long film m8, no matter what the compression...looks like it could be a clip or a con

that version of harry potter is a fake, enter centropy into the search engine in video, as the centropy version i got off edonkey is perfect the after it is downloaded ,scan for viruses, then play in media player, no probs, average movies files on kazaa are about 150,000kb long if it is to short its not the film

Thanx everyone, I now have a mission and that mission is to get my e donkey working, I will now contact my isp following jonny's advice.

regards Taffy
p.s. why 'CENTROPY' ?

goto www.vcdquality.com and it will say the film title, quality, click on jpg and get 4 stills from the copy and next to that is the company that put it on the net(in harry's case it was centropy)

on edonkey you'll get the perfect verson on 2 discs(its that good you would think it is a real dvd)
