VU+ Duo Vu+Duo stops decoding every minute or so,

Hi, My Vu+Duo (which is my 2nd box) stops decoding every minute or so, however the local card is in my first box Ultimo, my peers do not have a problem with freezing. I have tried six clean images and it is the same each time, Using Cccam .214, tried 2.2.3, 2.1.3.
Any help would be appreciated.

update, when the duo is using ddns it has hig ecm's, when using the direct ip address the ecms cecome stablee and are ok, anyone know why?
