vu duo recording

I have a TM800 and to be honest getting pretty pissed off with the useless image releases which to me haven't improved my box in the last 2 months. Still crappy pvr for internal hd. I was thinking about returning it and getting a vu+ duo. I was wondering what the recording was like in the duo with regards to HD channels, encryted channels, lip sync and fast forward and rewind functions. Are there any bugs that still need to be ironed out? I would be grateful for any info to help in my decision.

I had problems using the pvr on dream elite images but since I swapped to the VIX image the pvr side is nothing but first class. It also comes with an auto timer plugin that sort of works like series link.

Go for it m8. From what I've read about the TM800 I'm well and truly glad I went with the Duo .... And I paid full dollar at £410 delivered when they first came out. Should be easy enough to get that down to £375 now
