VU+ Duo vu+duo lockup - help

HI all,
I have a vu+duo clone, which has a odd issue after about 3-4 hours. sometimes less. the box just locks up. on any channel -fta, subscription or just being on the menu the picture will freeze the remote is non responsive. (although I can see the dot on the display light up with each button press) sometimes the sound will continue but everything else frozen the only way is to reboot box with switch on the back.

heardware ive changed the main motherboard, the psu, the front display, with/without HDD installed.. same issue so im now thinking its now a hardware fault

this image is on my memory stick which ive used on over 20 other vu+ duo without issue...
ive head about memory leaks but now sure how to investigate this? and as mentioned this image wrks ok on other vu+ ive had.

any help appreciated

You have covered it all mate with the new PSU but could that one be faulty ?

I forget about the good image you have a try another anyway just to eliminate that.
