VU+ Duo VU+ Duo & Cypress board

Hi, so I picked up a Cypress board but seems to different from what other people have used from "How to PDF docs" as there is no 3V3 point on it.

Did type the Cypress board in as appeared on a post in the forum so thought this was but the right one.

Has the 3V3 been named something different or have I just ordered the wrong board and if so, is there anyway to use this one to Jtag my Duo?

Ok, I have received a data sheet of the SKU035539



I can see from the diagram on the section below is the 3V3 but can someone confirm what pins I need to connect to get the 3V3 please?
