i also tried that digi, swapped cable from tuner b to tuner a and still the same issue

AS already been said then it does sound like a Tuner fault and as the tuners are soldered to the main board your only possibility for a fix is to return for a new one

ok i relalise im resurrecting this post but i was just wondering is it correct the both tuners have to be locked to the required sat on the same transponder? Still tuner b locks tuner a doesnt,


say i only have the lnb plugged into tuner a i do get fluctuation in signal strength when flicking through transponders ( pre defined or manual ) but it just refuses to lock

ever solve the tuner issue or you return box? i keep finding if i scan a couple of times the each time lets less sensative until it find 0
but if i reflash the image and tune again its finds them all

Apparently it's anti clone measures in the drivers, a full restart cures the problem.
