They're moving to the cardless boxes. Its to alleviate the card sharing and such, but IPTV will just grow and grow, and with people sharing from all over the world, then the list will just get bigger and better.

It will affect many IPTV providers. Clearly most streams from IPTV come from vermin cards. You can see the water mark on sports channels. I suspect in most cases rather than have 4 sly sports 4 sly movies of each channel channels this will drop to one or two.
For those who have cable tuner box is not useless as you can just run IPTV rather than c/s.

Its been like that in italy for years now.

Depends on the box you use tbh. Mutant boxes will run it pretty well, however the Amiko boxes seem to struggle a little. TBH just get a mag box for like £90 on amazon, and use that as your box.

There lies the problem though. It is far easier to find a box worthy of IPTV than it is to find an IPTV service worthy of your box. The trial and error crap you have to endure almost makes signing back up to a subscription a relief. I never found the quality I was looking for even though I was prepared to pay a higher price for a premium non maxed out service, doesn't exist yet I feel.

If you have zgemma LC its usless.
All dual core zgemmas will run perfect.

The zgemma i55 running OpenATV 6.1 it is great box for £48.
All VOD no problem. All HD no problem.

I have my wee lads setup like this......
(no issues)
