Virgin Media Offer out of the blue !!!

hey guys

I have just had a call from virgin media offering me free hd tv and a phone free for a year just out of the blue like that free installation too and after a year I can cancel with no issues anyone else had this ?

no and i wont get a call coz the fooking phone cant be used again crackling noise all the time and cant hear fook all

try this m8 had the similar problem a while back.

unplug phone from socket then unscrew and remove faceplate then plug phone into interior phone socket and try it. if it works phone them up and tell them you have a faulty socket and they should replace it free.

They are pish for everything except Broadband.

They are brilliant at that and the rest is tosh!
