It seems like the old NTL shower are running the show at Virgin, they have the worst customer service ever, but if you tell em you're cancelling to go to Sky they will give you some serious discounts to stay, I got 6 months half price last time with no tie in

well done mate however when i got freebies off them before they billed me for it, so i would check your bill next month.
