I'd think it would be excluding VAT but I just looked and it seems like it's £52.

Seems a lot cheaper for business BB than it used to be.

We pay £55 (inc VAT and line rental) per month for the Vivid 350 fibre but only get weekend calls. Not sure why I would pay £69+VAT for Vroom 3+ just for the unlimited landline calls.

We never have any downtime here.

On the Vroom 3+ "Upload speeds start at 7Mbps and go up to 20Mbps. " We get 20mbs any way.

It also includes a mobile simm with unlimited calls texts and 32g data
