Tired of having lasagna meat ? try this one...

Serve 4

Ingredients:
350 gr of fresh pasta sheets,
4 courgettes-zucchini, 2 carrots,
300 grams cauliflower,
250 gr stracchino cheese ,
1⁄2 glass of milk,
1 onion
70 gms grated Parmesan
30 gr butter
Oil and salt.

Method:
cook sliced onion with a little oil or butter in a saucepan-cook till soft, then add diced carrots and courgettes and cook for (15 min circa)
Add cauliflower (already boiled for 2-3 mins)
Mix soft cheese-strachino-with some milk and then add grated parmisan.
Cook pasta strips (lasagne) in boiling salty water –with a drop of oil- lift strips out, and drain.
In an ovenproof bowl make layers of pasta strips-vegetables-cheese mix-until finished, top with a little more grated cheese.
Put in a pre heated oven for 20 min.Done.
 
hmm something different rather than meat all the time
