Sweet and sour pork

The sweet and sour pork is one of the classics of Chinese cuisine, is usually served with basmati rice that accompanies the dish.
This recipe serve 4
Ingredients:

400 grams of pork loin,
1 bell pepper,
1 carrot,
1 onion,
4 tablespoons of ketchup,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of sugar
100 ml of red wine,
100 grams of pineapple
salt and pepper

Method:
Arrange the slices of pork loin in a bowl and cover with red wine. and rest the meat for a 20 minutes.
in a frying pan cook the onion in a little vegetable oil.
As soon as the onion is soft add the carrot cut into very small pieces and yellow peppers cut into squares.
Sauté everything for about ten minutes.
Drain hours the slices of meat in a pan and cook 5 minutes per side (set aside the marinade).
Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside.
In the skillet, add the wine and sugar that you kept apart from the marinade meat.
Do soften and add the ketchup and soy sauce.
Mix the sweet and sour sauce, and if you add the pineapple juice as well as gives the recipe.
Now add the pieces of meat and mix gently all.
Serve the sweet and sour pork.
