user manual for digivox xl

hi guys hope someone can help me,

cant seem to find my manual for the digivox xl, gave my m8 my box when i moved and he wants to set up parental control, which i never used, but cant for the life of me find the manual, did a quick google search but cant find what the process is, can anyone tell me how to do it or even better where i can download a copy
