updating my 500c image

hi guys, im using an old pli maxvar image from ages ago, 3/9/2010, iv just been looking on the open pli website and see they are still making nightly builds for this image, is it worth updating my 500c server box to a one of these newer builds, iv just downloaded the 1 from today but dont really know if theres any benefits of doing this, iv got a spare 500c to mess around with so wont disrupt anyone while messing on, so any help appreciated on this!

i personally dont think there is mate, id stick to what you got now

did you not move to oscam recently? or did you move back to cccam?

i did try the newer build and to be honest its working pretty much the same as the older maxvar image i had on, and yeah i did move to oscam, but have now moved back to cccam as the ecm times were just too high for my liking!

cool, good to know the nightly builds still work ok

i guess aim of the game is to get the least amount of processes running on the 500c so i can do its thing, instead of being bloated with useless addons
