[SX OS] Update my Switch to 14.1.2 before RCM mode? My Wifi adapter is dead? :(

Hi guys. I just bought a first gen Switch to mod it. I have restored the default setting to see what is my current system version and I saw that my system version is 8.0.0.
I wanted to update my system before I put my Switch to RCM mode, but I have a problem with my Wifi. I tested with 2 routers and the same thing happened. I connected to the web, but after that, in a few seconds, my connection is lost. See the video:
Any advice? Can I update my system with an SD card? Or just after I installed CFW? Should a system update solve the WIFI problem?

Has it been already hacked before you got it ?

Check that out

Setup:​

1. Insert your SD into your pc
2. Enter the Atmosphere folder
3. If it doesn't exist already, create a folder named hosts in the atmosphere folder
4. Copy the emummc.txt into the hosts folder
   • If you want to apply the DNS redirection to sysmmc instead of emummc, rename the file to sysmmc.txt

If you have a Hosts folder, that will block Eeshop

Have you checked your serial number on the switch to see if it's an unpatched version ?
