when i ftp these,should they work when i select channel
or do i have to go to all channels and sort of map them,i have noticed the
low channel numbers seem to work but the higher numbers dont.

Are you using DBEDIT?

If you use that, you can "sort" your channels in there, like numbers, names and so on. But rats channels are already sorted for you so all you need to do is open using dbedit, link to the dreambox and send the files over then reload.

rats are E2 for a tm800?
i think hes after it for a 500s
