Unable to get lock

Hi I am new to the forum and new to the world of satellite.

I have recently installed a 1m dish with a technomate motor into a dreambox 500s

I am trying to tune my satellite but seem unable to get a lock

I turn the satellite to 28.2 and am get 63% and 83% and 0 bcn but unable to get a lock. When manually adjust the dish these figure don't seem to change. what is it im doing wrong. have spent day reading and can't seem to find an answer.

are you sure you are on satelitte 28.2. what are you using to find satelllite signal.
