Turn NTSC games to PAL

got a couple of region locked 360 games, is there anyway of converting them to pal games or a way of making them work.

What difference would it make if i put a pal ss sector into a ntsc game

anyone know any ways round this or know of where to get pal games from.

unless dey are region free u cant play dem and u if u patch pal ss sectors into dem it will not work and i dont think u can convert ntsc to pal
