tt home cant connect?

have pda with tt7 on and tt home 2.5 and 2.6beta. tthome cant see my device? have taken the sd card out and put it in via a card reader and still tthome cant see it? How do i update the maps etc

I take it its windows mobile? do you have active sync installed on your computer?

also it wont be able to see it just from the SD card. gota have it in te pda with it turned on.

Hi, yes sorry its a windows mobile pda (ipaq 3970) with windows ce4.2 and have vista installed on pc with sync centre (active sync). sd card is inserted in the pda on connection but also tried as per recommendation on tthome inserting card into card reader without joy!

When installed v7 didnt remove old ver 6 from either pda or sd card! should i try again ?

Also whats difference between v7 and v7.9 - many thanks
