tried to do mosc?

hi all,
done myself a mosc card last week and everything is working great , so i tried to do our kids for him and when i put it in the box it just says you are not subscribed to this channel please call od, what have i done wrong lads n lasses,please help.

Check the date of the MOSC you have just done, in the STB menu (6. 1.) it should be reading 31st August. I think you might find that it reads 31st July
If this is the case, then this is your problem.
All you need to do is leave the card on a subscription channel for a while (e.g. $*y 1) and it will update, normally within 1 hour.
