Treadmill - How to loose beer belly?

I'm drunk.

But this thread has spurned me on to get back onto my treadmill and start going back to the gym :)

Someone remind me tomorrow that I said this please.

LoL, it really it a state of mind m8.

I feel guilty if I miss any moe than few days at the gym.

The trick is to enjoy your exercise, not to see it as a means to an end.

The only machine I use is the treadmill, & that's only for brisk waking...none of that running shoite.

Best advise I can offer is:

Get an MP3 player loaded with Motorhead, ACDC, + Prodigy,
Set your treadmill to 6 Deg's Inline.
Set the speed to 6kph.
Walk for an hour.
Swim or a further 20 mins.

Before long you will have the body of a Greek God...I.E. Me (cough)
