well the lappy cover cracked and hinge so toshiba told me phone this company blah blah...so when i went to collect i said everything ok ,he said he couldnt fix the dvd drive due to the fact that i had too much software on the lappy?????where is the technician,,when he realised he was not talking to a johnny he admitted that they could only order 3 parts from toshiba,cover,hinge,badge.....no dvd drive...what a joke..so after another week and a phone call the lappy went to toshiba for repair,its back now fully repaired ,but what a run around and only three parts for the life of the lappy...what a gash warrenty.
