Do you many problems with fuel when parked up over night, you need an alarm on tank top

just have to know where to park, boss says stay in cab not worth getting hurt for, it happens on motorway services, truckstops, anywhere, mainly pikeys, and our eastern block drivers, they are poorly paid and will risk alot for a few quid extra.

Yonks ago when I worked with S&N as a Transport Clerk, the drivers used to tell stories on how they'd park up at night and be approached by some poor unfortunate with a Land/Range Rover and sob story asking for a little diesel just to get them home. The drivers being decent blokes would say yes.

Conveniently they always had their own pump hooked up, however these pumps could shift a hella lotta fuel, and were more often than not linked up to a large capacity tank in the boot, and before the driver knew it, they pikey had syphoned off a fair amount of fuel.

One of the drivers favourite sayings was "I threw a bottle of pish over him". Apparently due to limited rest breaks/road works/etc, the drivers made good use of any empty 2l bottles lying around so as not to soil themselves.

I'm wondering if our Gez been known to throw bottles of pish over irksome oiks? :)

Omg pinching fuel to look out for, immigrants sneaking into your trailer? A lot of risks involved there gez. Be safe.

Short break, quick breakfast from a tin, not bad really but not proper incab cooking

they are the small ones, the real big boys have to get the wheels taken off so they fit on the trailor.

Well Sunday I ran down to Trowbridge, trailor swap Monday morning at 5.30am, back to depot in Oldham, yet another trailor swap and del to Huddersfield, then (phew) back to Bolton, trailor swap on on me way to Wellington in Somerset for am delivery Tuesday. parked 1 minute of junction 12 m5 so handy for morning start.
no videos today ,nothing much happened ,mostly motorway driving, 9 hours, 45minutes driving, 656 kilometres covered
