tom tom v7 navigo v2 issues

I have installed the tom tom v7 uk and ireland map and 1gb western european map on to my navigo ve. But now it runs extremely slowly and crashes. I read somewhere that you can do something with the poi but i cant find it.

Could someone guide me in the right direction or have i done something wrong?

try using just the map for ur locale?

It is probably due to the number of POIs on TomTom - try disabling all or most of them - and see if it helps - it worked for me

I would do what stairman says. I had a problem with not enough memory type errors. Reducing the amount of poi's used cleared that issue.
