tom tom on medion palm pc?

hi all was woundering if i cud put tomtom on my handheld pc its got there sat nav software on it but its crap, its got sd slot and any ideas where i cud download it from for free?

As far as I can tell this run Windows Pocket PC edition so yes you can put TomTom PDA version on.
