Re: new patch for the 6902HD 19/03/2012
not much different form 118 just the extra step in the blind search
Latest 7.44p is excellent for the blind scan now in steps 1-2-4-8-16-32
The satellite tuner is super sensitive to pick up weak signals and weak transponders.
:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:Hi phantom thx for the hard work m8.
Its interesting there is a new softcam today for the TM's - for C Ned coincidentally too - but patch 744P STILL not opening it, so thats another possibility gone tits up!
Will now go back to what I said this morning and try using original firmware 742 instead of 743 to see if that helps!
(WAS going to try using original firmware 737, seeing as 'patch' 737P DOES open C Ned on 19E, but cannot find one - or even one from just before!):drink:
Copy of other thread in case Phantom sees it:-
Really do hope Phantom and/or TM are still watching this and other threads - about the apparent lack of requested action actually put into latest patches?
If I had the technical know how AND the printout for what's actually 'in' patch 737P and patch 744P - to compare the area where the softcam is compared etc - I KNOW I could transfer whats RIGHT with 737P into 744P - surely it cant be rocket science to edit the corruptions?:silly:
For security reasons it's very unlikely that the necessary tools would be released to anyone.
I know Jimi mate, but I was just making a point - cant be rocket science surely to repair an apparently corrupted file occurring from patch 738P onwards - from 'correct' 737P?
I would have to agree with you, I've done a bit of software writing for control applications and it can be a bugger to find a bug (especially when writing in machine code (hex) as we had to in the early days).
But in this case I would think the various routines are well documented (I could be wrong) and making alterations reasonably easy but I guess they have a lot to do but hope they do get around to sorting things out.
Now I am in no way having a go at the software team they do a great job so please no posts about "try it yourself".
