Tm 5402 hd super

Been given one of these by a mate
Have got to sort out 39e but just can't seem to pick any channels up picks all other sats but this one a no go any ideas
Any other advice on this receiver and what best to do with it much appreciated never used non Linux based receiver before

Hi yorkie1,

If it's not a line-of-sight problem... have a look in the menu to see if that particular satellite has the correct LNB Type/LNB Freq settings correctly configured...

Menu > Satellite Setup > LNB Type: Universal > LNB Freq: 9.750/10.600

Checked that mate that seems all ok must be a sight issue will have to get dish moved by the look of it think the neighbours tree is right in sight with it
But my dish is fitted right under the facia board above my conservatory so wouldn't have thought it would be that the tree not that big
Anyone know any installers in West Midlands area

The dish will be almost vertical on 39e, try flexing it a little to see if signal is better.
