TM 500 Super

Hello i've just tried to flash my tm-500 via mini web it said it was all done so and needed manual restart now it won't go into mini web or anything i turned it off but as i was turning it off i noticed the lcd display saying 67 or something then 69 i can't access the mini web to try to reflash or anything any ideas on how to solve? thanks for ya time and help

also when ever i restart the box where the numbers should be i only see ---- i've tried holding power after turning the ac on aswell
