TM-500 cannot connect to the box

Hi All

I'm trying to setup a TM-500 box. When I switch it on and hold the power button down, I get a 0 and then a 4. So the ip address would be 192.168.0.4. When I type this in, I keep getting a [h=1]Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 192.168.0.4 error. [/h]
Has anyone had any experience of this problem?

Just go into your router setting's and assign the box an ip address then check the box to make sure the ip matches the one in your router.

Could be that the ip is 192.168.1.04 or 192.168.0.04

my 600 normally just shows the last 2 digits easy way to check the ip by pressing the lan button top right on the control

Why dont you just do a scan with DCC, there is loads of easy ways to find out the ip, like look at your attached devices in your router.

if you type 192.168.1.4 on your address bar it should get you into your mini web page
