thinking of buying roku 3

hi, i record alot of tv onto usb sticks from my amiko alien satellite box .will the roku3 allow me to access these files so i can play them in a different room. Or is there another box that will allow me to do this. thanks

The Roku 3 only lists support for MP4 and MKV.

So it will depend on the file format the Amiko Alien saves in. Plug one of the USB sticks into a computer and check.
