thinking of 4k VU+ oscam help

very conflicting advice and not very well explained a bit like putting a jigsaw together with no picture with important key features missing too many dead ends

The conflicting advice probably came from the initial first post by yourself as your title clearly says thinking of 4K VU+ oscam help which would steer many people to believe you had a VU+ 4K receiver which can only use the ARM version of oscam, where as you needed help with a standard MISPEL based receiver.

So by combining the 2 elements you got advice from different members asking you to install an ARM based Oscam which clearly does not work on a Mispel based machine.

Oscam is Oscam and it works exactly the same on all receivers Arm,Mispel,Android,Linux etc...

By the way your first port of call should have been to the Oscam wiki which can help you no end

yes i do agree maybe i should have just stuck to this forum and stated want to get it working in vu uno before solo 4 k but anyway thanks for all the advice

Am feeling the same pain as wellandman. This is definitely not great. Vu+ with oscam not feeling painful.

Cool, is it the VU+ Solo 4k you have? OpenVix or/?

i got it working on a uno and a 4k with openvix
