so you have 3.80 M33?
did you install the 1.50 kernel addon?
it will still switch between 1.50 and 3.80 even if its not installed.

probably you havent got the 1.50 eboot on the root or its named incorrectly.

easy installer.
extract to your memory card and run it from the game menu.

both dont work but when i try to install the add on i get the above

Try formatting the MS and try again.
also try formatting flash 1 (reset settings) in the recovery menu / advanced.

i know the easy installer works because its what i used.

no it isnt.
ive just downloaded it again.

its an easy installer.

connect the PSP with the USB.
double click on the installer and choose the PSP's drive letter.
then hit install.
it will copy all the files to the correct places.

then run the kernel addon from the game menu.
there is also a read me.txt file in the download to assist you.
