Hi folks im still struggling with my ex7000 box, i,ve download with the usb pen that came with box, but still just standard channels, keeps cumming up with scrambled chanels when i try sky or setanta. Can anyone give some advice wot to do thank you.

Hi p3pcy thanks for reply, but im a total novice at this, i need step by step guide for this, but yes i downloaded onto the usb pen and i get all the free channels, but not any that is scrambled. I would be obliged if you can help. Thank you

Flashing The EX7000HD using USB

1. Download the required firmware
2. Copy the file to your usb pen or equivalent, ensure filename is (flash.tbn).
3. Insert it into the usb slot and switch power off then back on at the rear switch.
3. box will reboot, open the flash file extract it to its memory and install it automatically.
4. Once flashed its a peice select your desired settings, scan then enjoy.

thanks up and running ,got all channels. Now i need help with installing hard drive , it is toshiba 1tb external drive

You need to format the drive to FAT on your pc first
