hey m8, if you have deleted the old map and put the new map on your tomtom and it is still plugged in to your pc do this:

open up easy activator, use tt8 keygen put in your device code into step 2 or browse for the ttgo.bif file on your tomtom,
step 3 you need to tell it were the map is which you want to creat the dct file,
step 4 you need to tell it were the meta file is which i gave you in the link
step 5 click to generate dct file
step 6 click patch my tomtom system files

with a bit of luck that should be it
