Why are people at the end of telephone support lines so thick???
Everytime i have phoned i get nowhere with these uneducated twats.
Are all thy trained to say is hello and apoligies and have a nice day????
I spend my good hard earned money to call THEM for a service that I pay them good money for only to be told that they dont know the answer and to call back next day or that they will get someone else to look into it and call back!! why cant that someone else be at the end of the line.
Example, i call the council today because i wanted to know something, got cut off 3 times, then when i finally did get through all the lady could do was say hold on so she can read the notes. 15 minutes sh spnt reading the notes to then tell me that she dont know and i need to call back tomorrow when the manager is there!!! WTF!!!!
