Tansponder help

hi all ihave a zgemma h1 fully working apart from 3 HD channels i have checked and all 3 of them are on the same transponder is there any way to sort this?

I had a similar issue. Turned out to be a signal issue. I was splitting the cable too many times.

only one split in the line and that is from a cable tv booster and still no luck,i am thinking mabey a tuner fault

Put cable straight into receiver and try.

scanned with direct feed and only 13 channels? heads banging now

Connection issue.

When you scan, are you scanning the correct cable area? You should go through the list and make sure the auto bouquet maker is scanning the correct area.

all input info was taken from tivo box but still no joy

No. Go in to auto bouquet maker and find your area. Then use that.
