I did already turn that off Mickie and they still came through
then I thought it must of meant turning off the quote from message sender ?

There is two quote options, one is auto quote (which is for inside the private messages)...

Then there is post quote settings, these are for the user to disable post's being quoted, I think lol.

I am pretty sure that is what it is for.
