sunray images and how to update and change image

i was wondering where i can get images for sun-ray box and was wondering if anyone knows how to flash one of these boxes

Found this via google:

1. On the USB stick create a folder and name it vuplus inside that folder create another folder and name it solo

2. Download USB version of image and unrar and put the resulting files to the solo folder.

3. Insert your USB stick in the front USB port. Then on the rear of your solo power on.

4. Both red and blue leds show and the activity led on the USB stick flashes (if present).

5. After some time the blue led goes off, then there is some short actity on the USB stick again.

6. The red led goes off and the blue led starts flashing.

7. Remove the USB stick and press the power button on the front to start the image.
