stuttering di4001n

hi guys,

Wondering if anyone got anymore ideas. I got a di4001n which stutters and squeaks like mad.
I have removed the 2 smd caps from tbc's stuck in tune tut, and replaced caps c121, c402, c403, c408, c323 and c325. I have also changed the cim with a uncut one.
still the same problem though.

downstream is 20.6 dB's , upstream is 41 dBnv's

Any Idea's guys ?

could b low signal , check the snr estimate on page 6 in the em

over 30 dB's dave, and if I plug my other 4001 into this feed it works fine.

Its definately a signal prob, worth checking inside cim module to see if theres a fracture behind where the feed screws in.

most channels but not all, all bbc and itv channels seem ok. @DM, i changed the cim just in case and its still the same
