advice needed on di4001nc

hi all looking for some help i have a 4001NC have bk & ird but when i power up it say 8888 & if i change the simm it lights up pace cant get into e/m
is this one for the bin or can i do something to get it going
i have also change caps C408 , C402 , C403 , C121 & C323, C325 but nothing as helped

All the searches will tell you to give the sim a clean and warm up the attys and reflow them with a heat gun but ive one exactly the same and ive done the same with no luck.
