stuck on radio

hi all
ok hope someone can help have a eurovox 2007, been working fine but today it changed to the radio, when i tried to change channel it would only give me other radio channels, the epg would show what was on, but when i went to favorites it would not show any channels and when i tried to select one of them it would not select it, could only get out out fav's by pressing exit which then takes it back to the radio
am on nthell in s wales
anyone any ideas ? please bear in mind i am not brill on techno things so layman's/pigeon english would be great lol thanks
