Stuck at loading kernal

Box has been working fine for months, this morning i turni t on but is stats at loading kernal, im using Andromeda 2.0, tried to flash with ifa but it failed, i have posted a boot log if someone could check it over i would very much appreciate it

It's needing reflashed, but your network isn't setup correctly.
 
sorry guys forgot to turn of anti virus, everythings ok now,

Common problem, the firewall would have been blocking it.
