Dbox stuck before lade

Hi,
Got a nokia Dbox here that sticks on the 5 black bars before lade appears. Can flash with IFA but makes no difference. Tried working images off another box. The thing that was different thou was I had to type "boot net" after dbox2:root> on Ifa, something I've never had to do before. The bootlog only comes up with

hi mate, i had a similar problem a few weeks ago with a sagem. i tried 2 older versions of ifa, no joy. then someone recommended the latest ifa. worked a treat.

Do you mean you could flash it with ifa and no joy or it wouldn't flash, because this one flashes ok with ifa.

Update
I left it on and after about 20 mins it started up, worked ok for a while. Then it changed channels on its own! When I turned it off after a few mins it turned itself on again! Now I'm back to stuck on the 5 black bars before lade!
