hi all i have moved area and am now having difficulty in picking up any channels at all on channel scan any ideas as to why i cnt pick up any channels at all not even fta thnx

I dont think your turned off if your running your computer modem on cable also and reciving packets try doing a factory reset on the box make sure you have your cable feed in the RF in and not the tv in etc.roud:
