Just tried this on one of my 4k sticks. Mine was already fairly fast but it does seem to be a little quicker now.
The original settings on the stick came up as
1.0
1.0
0.0

Tried this years ago, the problem I had is if you want to scroll down on certain pages to a certain point the mouse was hard to controll
it kept going past the place I wanted it to be

To control the mouse when you have this program on if you change the bottom set to 0.5 the mouse works fine

Best way to speed up your firestick is to put it in the bin and get a Tivo Stream 4k.
