You say BBC ITV are ok but BBC hd is not, but BBC and itv are hd if you want them, hd channels are usually Dolby, your audio settings on TV or stb need altering

If you put IP address in browser of mobile or tablet, on mobile version of Owif, there is a picture of a camera. That gets a screenshot.
However, I used the same url as you and it still worked. I obviously changed the X. X so it matches IP address of box.

Can you not just use the receivers web interface to grab the screen shot
