Softmodding for Dummies - IOS16

In the Softmodding for dummies guide the PDF states that you should install IOS16.wad of you're on 3.4E or higher. In the txt file you should install ios16-64-v257-prod.wad.

Now what exactly is the difference between these two wads? If I look at the name it appears to me that the wads both contain IOS16 or am I wrong?

they both the same file mate, i didn't realise i had Ios 16 already in my files when i asked someone to post it up
