Well I think Ofcom should put their foot down, and order Virgin to stop this iniquitous attack on the citizens of the UK right now!!!

There are Common Law principles at stake here. For example, if the public can prove they have trodden a certain path across private land over a period of 6 years, then that route becomes a Statutory Right of Way.

I can prove my 'all-in' cable access since Jan 2004 (subbed all the way, as well). Do we have a case to take to the European Court of Human Rights here?

the OFcom findings are due out soon m8, april sumtime i think, cant u see why thev just added 6 more HD channles & a new box ..with free hd on any package ..............................coz they know whats around the corner with Ofcom,
