smartbox hd6000 wifi problem

hi got smartbox hd6000 tried tpo connect to my wifi it picks it up and i pressblue to connect and then asks me to type in password then press red button to confirm or ok button but nothing happens after that i put password in it wont connect to my wifi?

Check your password and case is correct and count how many characters. It could be your network password is too long for the maximum number of characters the receiver will accept.
