Skybox F3s skybox f3 will not let me go onto scan

Hi everyone can anyone help,i have a f3s but a few channels have gone off,i want to re-scan it but in the installation menu the single and multi channel search are not lit up so it wont let me go onto them to scan,any ideas,cheers

Use a new channel list?

Here try mine but delete the astra 19 and hotbird if you don't need them

Hi.
I Know It Might Be A Bit Late, But Have Tried Doing A Factory Reset On The Box.
You Also Try Setting The Lonitude & latitude In Setting & Antenna Settings.
As I Say You May Have All ready Got It Up & Running.
